Ice Skates!

So for my belated Bithday I got some NEW ICE SKATES i'm so excited to break them in!!! They feel much better then the other ones, and I like all the ankle support. I got two new out fits My favorite is the dark purple one. The blades are called Mirage. I think that's such a cool name and I love the lady bug soak guards. I love my new Jacksons!!!

Esters Baptism

Ester and I

Ester spent the night on Friday and we spent the whole day getting ready for her baptism. in the morning I made her some crepes cause she never had them before. I got ready in my skirt and then we headed to her house where I helped fold the pamphlet things. Ester did my hair for the occasion, It was up in curls again. finally off we went. She was so nervous. we held Collins hand as we walked in and said hi to the Bishop and I could kinda see someone behind him who just had to be Elder Paetznick. We said hello and then I helped Ester get ready/dressed. Then we took pictures out in the hall. everything went so well. It was a great experience.

While there I enjoyed watching Elder Paetznick talk to the young womens and how interested they seemed in his conversation.. something about Jehovah witnesses or something and even after they came upstairs to get food they were still talking HAHA. I tried recording a lil bit of it but collin was interested in the camera so you can mostly only hear me. Oh well.



Oh we also got to talk to Josie Juarez. She is in Guatemala right now for school and just to be there. so we got to talk to her on the computer it was AWESOME!!



I certaintly enjoyed the night.

17th Birthday

Thursday January 29th I woke up at 5am. got ready for school went to Esters house and she did my hair all curly. I wore a skirt to school and my 16th birthday crown since I didnt wear it to school last year. Pretty much the whole day was a normal day.

When I arrived at home I saw that meredeth got the mail. So when entering my room I saw a card from dad and box on my bed from Elder Paetznick. Dads card was short and sweet but I loved it. From Elder P. I got a singing card, book, dvd, candy, and a picture of his family. The picture was the best present I have ever gotten. I was quite emotional.
soon I was off to Ice skate lessons. For dinner dad and I went and got some chinese food. YUMMY!! later he went and bought some cake it was delicious. and thats pretty much all we did on my birthday. lol.
