-15 min Warm up(running , grape vine, side steps, jumping jacks ect)
-15 min Off Ice (Jumps, Yoga, squats)
-15 min Ballet
-30 min REBOUNDING!
-15 min Stretching
-Break, eat snack and gets Skates on. Get on Ice at 10am.
-on the Ice we worked on power skating, Moves in the field, ect.
-AFter that from12 to 12:30 we were in the olympic room. the first day we talked about spins, then competition readyness, nutrition, sportsmanship.
My favorite part of the day would be the rebounding. That is were we get on these mini Trampolines called Rebounders and we would Jump on them certain ways. They were so cool. I learnd that just by jumping on the rebounder I am doing, pushups, situps, pullups, crunches, working every cell in my body, every muscles including my eyes. it is so amazing!
On friday We did our normal Warm up then right into our Rebounding with Al the guy who invented them. We got our skates on and warmed up on the Ice. Just to get off the ice, pick a number and that is what music we had to skate to infront of ALL THE PARENTS!!!
we were to Improvise our moves. it was so much fun but scarey too. After we skated we were given awards. This is what my award said. "Tori Hill for being the REBOUNDING MACHINE!!" I had so much fun at camp! hopefully I can go next year.
