18TH BIRTHDAY!!!

It is an awesome but sometimes scary thought to be 18 but i'll try to get by. For my 18th birthday I wanted it to be special like a 16th bday but better, I also wanted to go stay at the cabin or in a hotel but that was so not going to happen. In the mornign I woke up to find little notes all over the house from some of the Acting up group and they reallly made my day, I enjoyed everysingle one of the letters. It was an AWESOME thing to wake up to and it made my day. THANK YOU MEREDETH! For my birthday I stayed after school to work on a science project with lindsay, afterward i got ready for my internship and lindsay went with me to the planetarium, which was fun, and she got inspiring words from my supervisor.

After ward we talked about life as we drove around Carries neighborhood then picked her up.

We went to Maceys and got ALOT of chocolate and two posters, (sadly I do not have any pictures).

Once we got home we made sandwiches, and watched Rose Red, and we wrote on two posters makign it say "BP will you dance with me?" we went to bed around 1ish a.m. and Instead of me sleepign in bed and my friends on the floor, we all slept on the floor it was funny. We woke up at about 4:30 a.m. and gathered our gear and went to ask Brian Parker to the Valentines dance. :D

(little explination)

I REALLY wanted to ask this guy to the valentines dance but I was not sure if I would have my competition that day or not, so the week before the dance and competition my ice skating coach says Oh the competition is on saterday, and I was like "REally?!??" and I started to CRY!!! because I was SO HAPPY to know I could make it to the dance. I can't believe I cried!!!

We set a chocolate key that said "Key to my heart" in front of his door with a note that said "follow the kisses" then there were hurseys kisses all over going down the stairs around and back down another flight of stairs and out to the side walk where more chocolate was and some chocolate heart cards that said "you've one my heart" and a note that said "look up" andon the two landings were our posters. also on the way down the stairs were clues and info about the dance.

Carrie rang the door bell and ran! no one came out so she got in the car with us and finally we were calling him when we saw lights come on and we sat there watching. He came down and saw everything then tried to look for us which scared us half to death!!! but my fav part is when he looked down, up, down,... up and then threw his arms in the air!!! it was the best, once as he went in we ZOOMED off!! it was an awesome morning. When we got home we went to bed then woke up and I made some Crepes as we finised watching Rose red.

After we took Lindsay home, Carrie helped me fulfill my birthday wish, and we went to the Provo temple to do baptisms for the dead, it was a very neat experience especially since it was our first time without any leaders. I really enjoyed going to do baptisms for my birthday. mom got me some ice skating things for my birthday too so that was awesome, i love my outfits. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!

My Christmas Wish

The thing I wanted most for christmas was the truth, and though I knew I would mostlikely not get the truth ever or for a long time regarding elder. Well I got my christmas wish on Jan 1st. His best friend and a dear friend to me sent me a message and we taked for a while, then one day she asked if I'd like to chat in person. I was having a hard time and struggling so I planned to get together with her sometime in Jan. it turned out that Jan 1st was the day we picked. I was so excited and nervous to meet her.
When she arrived around 12:30 we talked for about 1hr in my room about her story. She said quite a bit that helped me understand why things probably happend the way they did, his personality, and what I could expect. Things were quite emotional for me even though I did not cry. After she said her version I offered that we go to spoon me but they were closed and we ended up at The Training Table as I started to tell her my story. the story didnt really go anywhere till we returned where I was most comfortable speaking about it. I asked her questions that she was able to help me with.
I wanted to share with her all my letters but didn't know if she would like to hear them or have the time. So I shared with her the frist and last sent. But most of all I wanted to share a conversation we had back in july, the one thing that made all if it so hard to handle. I was hoping I wouldnt cry when I read it but I hadnt read it in months and it hurt so much that I started crying as I read, as I looked up at her I noticed she was crying too and I don't know why but that ment so much to me, to see that she understood. After that and some closing statements she gave me a hug and left at about 5:30 I was shocked at how long we were talking. I'm so glad that we were able to meet and that she was able to help me understand and put it in the past. It was a GREAT beginning to the new year. I'm a new me.

utah games

This year in Feb 5th/6th I'll be in the Utah Games. I'll be competing in the level above what I am in, to the song "Feeling Good" by Micheal Buble, I'm so excited to do this competition!!!!!! I'll be doing some new jumps, which by the way my coach added a Lutz to the routine which I had not learned yet and she said since I learned my flip in one day then I might just get this one too. and guess what!! I landed my lutz the day I learned it!! just like the flip. Now all that's left is an Axel and then on to doubles and triples!!!!!!!!! I love Ice Skating!!!!

x-mas break

X-mas eve mom was watching the science channel, they had this thing on squid it was interesting and soon we were all watching it, after ward Meredeth helped me finish the young womens 12days of xmas. Later Meredeth and I sat down at the Piano and played some music, it was intertaining because sometimes I'd play the upper hand and she would play the lower hand, we sounded great ;) haha. Right before bed we pulled out dads new recliner an then went to bed. In the morning we didnt get down stairs to opening gifts till 8:30!! Later that day we went and saw the movie "Blind Side" it was a great movie and very funny. For dinner we had left over turkey and some stuffing.

On saterday the Morrows stopped by on thier way home, The got a puppy named Zona for christmas. it was so much fun to have them over and to see the boys open thier gifts from grandpa. later we had dinner over at Gpa and Gma Hills house because Logan and his family were in town, it was a quick dinner because everyone left to the BYU game afterward. But Adam came to our house to watch some football and didn't leave till late. For most of the break I was up in my room reading books all day till late hours of the night, One of the books I read was "The mortal Instruments" series, it was an amazing book.

A few day's before new years my friend asked if I wanted to go sledding. We picked up a lot of people and headed for rock canyon park. we enjoyed sledding but the best part was when we would all race each other down the hill. Afterward we went to his house and had hot chocolate, they taught me how to play rockband, and we ate over for dinner. Then we all got playing this game called White lies. The best part about that day was Street sledding!!! it was new to me and so much fun. I couldnt see through the goggles well but that probably helped me not freak out!! at the end I was covered in snow!!!

On new years eve I did absolutely nothing!!! except for read till a little past midnight. but overall it was a good new years.
